Hello and welcome…
as I embark on one more of my metaphysical pursuits as I explore Zen and The Art of Rock Painting.
More ZEN and The Art of Rock Painting
Zen is the here and now.
Being mindful of what you are doing.
Focusing on every moment.
Meditation
Mantra
Repetition
Completion…
Sounds a lot like a Zen acrylic rock painting class to me…
Or at least I hope that’s part of what my new Acrylic Rock Painting class will be.
Focusing on…
Transforming ordinary stones into colorful works of art
Using mind, heart and imagination…
Letting your creative energy flow!
The Art of Rock Painting And The Kindness Rocks Project
I have become immersed into The Art of Rock Painting, not only because I am amazed and beguiled by cave drawings and the wonderful creations one can create from some simple materials and methods…but…
it also gives me a way to share inspiration, aspirations and good wishes to the rest of the world, too, through organizations like The Kindness Rocks Project, which is about spreading hope, inspiration and motivation to unsuspecting strangers…
Spreading the love…one decorated stone at a time.
And…if you don’t want to paint or you can’t make the class, but still want to participate in The Kindness Rocks Project, you can always buy rocks to share online.
